#84 Change Owner

Once a survey has been created, It would be helpful if
while the survey is in editing mode there would be a
way to change the owner of the survey. The only way i
see to do it now is to go and edit the survey table in
the database. Maybe locking this permission down to
only group admins would be of better use as well?

Are there any plans to implement this? .. If not, I am
willing to go ahead and code this feature and submit it back
to be added in because it is an option that would be very
widely used.
