#75 Label extremes of rating scale, set values

I'd like to be able to set the rating scale to 0 to 10 (so
5 is center point) AND label the extremes:

Awful * * * * * * * * * * * Wonderful!
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 9 10 11
