I'm only writing this because I've been seeing more and
more normal users make this mistake. When a user
creates a text box, they almost always want to make
sure there is room to type up to so many characters.
This varies I suppose from question to question. So
they will put in the length field, the number of
characters they wish to receive. Obviously this is
wrong and then they ask me why their survey looks
funny. Maybe just a teeny-weeny explanation that the
length field is not a character length for an essay
box, etc. Thanks.
