#107 Ability to send results to respondants based on email field

It would be good to be able to have a button on the
results page where you could email the results to the
respondants who had filled in an email field.

This could have three options:

1/ Email everyone the totalled results

2/ Email everyone their own results (just as a record)

3/ Both of the above together - so they can compare
themselves with the group.

The button could also be on the individual result pages
so that a respondant could be emailed individually.
