[Phpeselgui-developer] Search function

It's done ;-)

Finally i found some time to finisch the search function with all 
minimal needed functions.

Things i changed:
- buildListTable ist now in functions.inc
- The 2 Buttons (showResults and forgetSearch) do the right things now 
(and therefor fixed a small *** bug in buildListTable)
- Added some texts for the information of the user (new Localizer 
entries, i've done german and english)
- a little bit of cleaning up

Please translate the new keys:
  var $titleList="Showing results of search";
  var $noSearch="Currently no search has been started";
  var $startOfSearchedKey="Start of download";

(isn't diff a cool function? i didn't needed to thing about it, just 
copy&paste all green lines ;)

I think (if you don't find any bug i produced) we can officially release 
this stuff as
phpEselGui-0.6.0Beta1

ehm, bye clicking on "view results"... there are no results.. but:
"Currently no search has been started"

fascinating, works fine for me (tested it a again and again...?)...

i have link the "sort by percent" feature by clicking on a statusbar...

What about a short Feature-Freeze of 2 or 3 days, updating the
Localizers (Especially spanish is out of date, isn't it?) and releasing
0.6.1? Everything below 1.0 is kind of beta anyway, so why should we add
"beta"?
During the Feature-Freeze, i'll try to create a Debian-Package which is
LSB-normed... (e.g. config.inc in /etc)
It doesn't matter, that normal users cannot write there as "root" is the
only user who can install packages anyway ;)

btw: Anyone able to build an rpm?

I don't think that php configuration goes in /etc (take a look at phpmyadmin
for example), but i didn't look at the specifications ;)
