[Phpeselgui-developer] new function

new function:
printBWStats($cssStyle) - prints the current ul/dl traffic, by default 
disabled (config.inc)!
i don't know where is the best place for this, so it is currently under 
the page title...

working on:
- current uploads - site
- setup.php (more and more features come and also more and more config 
vars, so lets make it userfriendly)
- many more...


hm, i'm not happy about the missing feedback to my last post...
i know.. work.. and so on.. but, i also must work...
