in the list.php... (why we have a list.php?? list.php seems empty, 
search.php too! we should put this two files into one!?)
without buildlisttable...

this was a needed bugfix... a search function without search results 
seems to be stupid :)

so, i work on the bug with buildlisttable...
maybe it will work until the evening.. i hope so :)
