test it... i hope it works too... :)
needed spanish and french translation...
only tested on IE6 and Netscape7.0 (based on Mozilla)


maybe you (all) find some things that would code better...
although i don't have make soooo many big changes... ;)

and then.. i have clean up the german localizer, now everybody 
understand it.. :)
i would make this also for the english localizer... if there is time... :)

spanish and french translater, please also clean up u're localizer like 
the german (take a look)... thx
