[Phpeselgui-developer] need cvs help

everytime i will upload my new edit(cvs commit).. the cvs server answer
following:
"
cvs server: Up-to-date check failed for `functions.inc'
cvs [server aborted]: correct above errors first!
"
(with all files i have edit)

anyone how knows how i can correct this??

i try it with updating my version with the cvs version.. but.. after this,
phpesel doesnt work anymore ;)
