[Phpeselgui-developer] Statusbar again

IMHO, the Downloadpage looks a little irritating in the moment... Why
do we need an own <tr> for the statusbar? Can't we put it in the same
<td> as the name is, just with an <br> behind it?

I tested it, and i think it looks better (at least in my eyes), just try
the patch i attached (please don't upload to cvs yet)
