I'm using Mozilla 1.2.1 too (Windows 2000, my computer @ work) and have 
no such problems

But when I had a short look at the sourcecode to see if i can see the 
bug: Many tags in one row without "\n" between theme (and of course not 
the correct spacing). Makes the code unreadable and therefor please 
don't do it...
And please have a look at the coding conventions, a img-tag has to be 
closed...

BTW: I'm at work and have no access to list.php, download.php and 
percentback.gif, could you please upload them...?

It looks fine (text over gif in the files, statusbar has text and in the 
next row the image
