PHPEmaillist is a php based newsletter system.

This version included improvements to unsubscribe features, handling of larger lists and automatically including a text version of the email for older mail clients.

The first version of PHPEmaillist has been released, please submit patches bug fixes etc.
Allows users to subscribe/unsubscribe, admins can log in and create new messages and send them to large lists. A log of every message is kept, emails are personalised
