[phpDoc-discussion] reparent functions

hi list,

i've changed function.php4 so that one can change the parent class of a 
function.
i needed this because (in an early development phasis) the hierarchy 
wasn't quite clear, so i had to reparent many functions.

phpdoc is a great idea!

maybe somebody would check the function.php4 in...
