Project start

After a long time I try to publish a php-project. Because I search for a download-repository over one month, I try to code my own. Firstly I will implementate some basic functions:
upload files
manage permissions

I hope to publish the first version before christmas :-).

Futhermore I am from Germany and speak a very bad english. Sorry for that. I try to write some entrys in english, but the wiki and the software are in German. If you can translate the software or the wiki you can send me a notice (e.g. open a ticket or write a forum post).
