#1 Multiple entires with same name are deleted!

Hi,

Was looking out for a web based phone book, found this
interesting. Had setup this and was using this, found a
bug :)

I'd entered multiple entries of same name (say 2
entries of my Name: Parvez) and two different phone
numbers ( one 989898 and other 343434) and now I just
want to delete the entry having phone number 343434,
when I try to delete this, it deletes both the enties :)
One more strange thing I've noticed, the other entry
still exists in the database, but is not displayed on
the interface.
