phpDiplomacy.net is back online. I've been told many new MySQL servers
have been added to the cluster and so there should be reduced load.

The host I'm on has two weeks before my guarantee runs out, so if the
slowness returns before then I'll be moving servers.

Sorry about this, eventually things will stabilize.
