Revised the way move orders are resolved, rewrote modeseven.php and
modefive.php to use the new $orders, improved board.php support for
retreats and unit creation/destruction, changed install.php to store
the configuration in a more secure way, major debugging and UI
tweaking all around.
phpDiplomacy is now useable and relatively stable, beta will be
released next week.
