phpDiplomacy 0.75 Released. Diplomacy is a popular strategy game in
which you battle to control Europe, but it isn't a game of luck; to
win you must be diplomatic and strategic, forming and breaking
alliances and bargains. phpDiplomacy takes the fight for Europe to the
internet.

The main enhancements in 0.75:
- Several bug fixes
- Internal stability, performance and code quality improvements
- UI improvements
- Game forum replaced with game chatbox
- Simple game status notification block

- Adjudicator progress
