This is great. Is there documentation on how to implement new variants?

Also, most Diplomacy adjudicators share a common map description format
file. Even if you don't use this file directly, it might be useful for
someone to write a translation utility to turn this format into SQL so
that webDiplomacy will be that much closer to supporting 20 or so map
variants from nJudge and RealPolitik. DPjudge supports additional
variants, but most of those require more code changes than just a new
map.
