[phpDiplomacy-news] webDiplomacy 0.92 released

In this release: some bug-fixes with live-game code; large-map
territory names are now added on via an image overlay to look better
and be better for future variant support; changes to help keep
anonymous games anonymous; added ability to search for users; and
CSS/user-interface tweaks for IE.
