I'm a total newbiew and am signing on from New York. Started my first game last night. When sigining into the site I get this message:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 10 seconds exceeded in /home/kuliukas/public_html/phpdiplomacy/objects/database_mysql.php on line 37

Guess I just want to know if this is on my end or the server's, is there anything to be done?
