What's going on? Sometime between 10pm on the 27th and 8am on the 28th (GMT), an attempt to access phpDiplomacy at the main site started to result in a 403:Forbidden error. Later on, the error changed to a classic 404 error for anything except http://www.phpdiplomacy.net itself, which displayed only the basic file system, without any of the usual files. Shortly after, this disappeared and the server was simply unable to be found.

You wouldn't believe the hosting problems I've been faced with today. I just posted a summary to phpdiplomacy.net, which is back up, so I won't repeat myself here.
Unfortunately it may not be over, they have a bizarre TOS clause that says no game related sites are allowed. I'm hoping that they'll overlook this though..
