#24 Keyboard/scroll wheel locking on Firefox 3.6.2

I have a problem with WebDiplomacy on Firefox (it does not appear on any other sites). I am using Firefox 3.6.2 on Windows XP.

From time to time (very often actually), the scroll wheel on the mouse and the keyboard input seem to block (both just stop working). After this happens, I see the following in the Tools -> Error Log window:

Sometimes it's "top", other times it is "padding-left" or "padding-right". If I switch tabbed windows, it seems to be Ok again, but for awhile. It is very strange.
