#4 download problem with XP

Hi
I try to download phpdev file on Windows Xp
(dev5beta3.exe). The file sixe is 13 kb (not the indicate
file size) and if i click on dev5beta3.exe it give an error
message "16 bit MSDos Subsystem: C:phpDev5
\Dev5BE~1.exe. The NTVDM CPU
has encountered an illegal instruction CS: 0565 IP: 011f
OP: 6563742061. Chose close to terminate program".
If I try and downloas from the mirroe site it give a blank
html form with the folloing at the address line
c:/phpdev5/dev5beta3.exe.
I have similiar problems with downloading file from other
project at sourceforge.net
