Deadlock v0.61 Beta Released

Deadlock version 0.61 has been released. This release does not have many changes, the main reason it was released was because there was a bug in install.php that would trigger a mysql error when creating the tables. Also, on the bulk email page, I have added the option to disable the HTML editor so that you can create HTML with another editor and simply copy/paste it.
