Just looking for exactly this, a php based DC++ client. But this project still has a lot of work to be done on it before it will become any bit useful. Has the development been completely dropped, or just on hold?

I would be happy to help, but my php skills some what lacking...

  I'd also love to be able to use this tool - regularly I'm away from a proper computer but have access via the web, and just want to use the chat feature of my favourite DC hubs to keep in touch with friends there.
  
  I can't even find a single download on here or the account on the 'Ohloh' site, really frustrating because it's just what I've been looking for!

  I just noticed the files are in a SVN repository but it would still be nice to know whether anyone is planning on developing this tool further. I haven't tried it yet so I'm just going from what steakunderscore said.
