As phpDC runs dctc as the httpd user (no $HOME
directory), it needs to open a unix socket and it's
other files in another location then $HOME/.dctc/. At
the current dctc version (0.84.1) it is NOT allowed.

This patch adds this option to dctc:

-Z dir
or
--socket_dir=dir

this way you can specify the socket path and everything
works fine with phpDC.

ATTENTION: This is a _DCTC PATCH_, not a phpDC.
