#1 Installation fails if DataBase is already created

Installation trying to create new database without
checking if it's already exists.
The immediately bug fix available, but if previous
installation of software produced huge database- the
data will be destroyed and not recycled.
Another type of fix must recognize previous settings and
try reusing data.
