#5 Another Bug, is there anybody in there ?

I have only one field in my form (Libellé), and even when
this field is empty, i can create the row, so i've a blank
row in the selection list but i can't delete it !!!!

My first question is :
Is there any founction which pight control the input of the
text field ?

The second is :
Correct the bug to permit to delete a blank row
