phpDateTime 0.5 released

phpDateTime, php-classes for easier handling of date, time, datetime and timespan values, is released as version 0.5.

Changes in this release:

Time.class.php:
- made all Time::get*() static
- made Time::is*() static

Date.class.php:
- fixed clone statement (forgot to remove)

DateTime.class.php:
- fixed MySQL-Timestamp-detection in DateTime::set()
