#72 meta tag not catching spaces between content url

please allow detection of URL when there is a space in meta content. example:
http://woodwolf.ca

<title></title><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url= Welcome.html">

notice this: <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url= Welcome.html">

browsers parse the space properly and follow, but the php crawler is not.
