please allow detection of URL when there is a space in meta content. example:
http://woodwolf.ca

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><head><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url= Welcome.html"/></head><body></body></html>

notice this: <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url= Welcome.html"/>

browsers parse the space properly and follow, but the php crawler is not.
