phpCollegeExchange is now Usable

After stripping off much of the old css and graphics and adding a section for housing phpCollegeExchange is a good start for a college community portal. 0.1.5 beta is out and getting pounded. Many improvements and features are still being added. We can use any php competent college student who is looking for a pet project and wants to be the coolest person on campus. Our next focus will be adding features such as weather and usefull information to the front page.

P.S. The first bug of the 0.1.5 beta is a problem signing in in Internet Explorer though Firefox works just fine.
