0.1.4c fixed a bug.
0.1.4d Improved  the Housing homepage but it is still incomplete.  I 
don't have much time to work on this project for a few weeks so keep 
sending me patches and updates if you want to get to 0.1.5 before 
Christmas.  First we need to strip the formatting and control the theme 
with just 3 files the header footer and CSS files.  The CSS tags must be 
renamed to something that makes sense.
