This will have to be a developing stopping place for me for about a week 
with school starting.  Send me your patches and updates for an interim 
release.

I'm up past my bedtime so you better like this.  I renamed most of the 
php files to more logical names.  I also fixed a multitude of errors and 
pretty thoroughly tested the whole site so if you run into a bug it is 
important to fix it and tell me.  Next we will work on the theming to 
make it easy to make and keep a single theme through all these updates, 
hopefully all in CSS and the i_head.php and i_foot.php files.
