PHP College Exchange .1.2 (08/15/04)

I have renamed the "forsale" database table to a more appropriate 
"Books".  Errors with the location of login.php, the removeuser.php file 
(nonfunctional if anyone wants to make it work), and help.php file have 
been fixed thanks to Christian.

I also updated the README file with better installation instructions.
