No, I don't use EasyPHP, but I do use XAMPP which seems very similar & it does work once configured properly.
You'll need to be more specific with the issues you're running into. From what I can tell, the most common problem getting PCG running is path issues (I'm still having issues with generated code). Maybe if you give a little more info someone can help. Good luck!
