Where's the code?

I have successfully installed and configured PCG v3. I get the 341 file permission problem, but i found a workaround by making a folder with the same name as the sql database in the simple folder and give it 777 permisions.

I can go to the directory in a browser and it works fine. I now want to download to my system, and modify the code generated. When i go to the directory created, all i see is the index.php file and a few other EMPTY folders.

Where is the code that is generated saved? or do i have to do each step and copy and paste the code that is put on the screen?
