Postgresql 8: How select database ?

i`m use php 5.04, apache 1.3.31 and phpCodeGenie3.0.2 with win xp

When start phpCodegenie with postgresql,  

I enter with login and the password, but i Can't See Databases

somebody can help me....

I also use mysql, and it does not present  problem,

i Can See Databases....
