#27 Incorrect position of menu and footer in html ouput

When using the topic "Advanced Users" ("Advanced Generator")
and then the link "Generate All CRUD Code for all tables from this
Database for PCG Framework and Save to Disk" all code is created
and the functions work well except this:

The left side menu and the footer do not position correct.
