I have phpcc installed on Windows 2003 using PHP 5.1.6 and MySQL 5 and the problem i have under both Apache 2.0 and IIS 6 is that the creat of new Categories doesn't work. I have my PHP.INI set to display errors and everything looks fine except that the new Categories don't get created. What i have to do is add them directly to the database and then they appear correctly and I can then add new code snippets without any problems.
