    Hey,
I was wondering if you had any reasons as to why you werent using ADOdb... I was looking to utilize it in a project I am working on... and while installing yours I thought it looked like it could work well...

Just wondering if maybe there were issues with it that I wasnt aware of (all the places I have read seemed to be in favor of it... I tend to distrust things that have no opposition what-so-ever ;)

    Regards,
    Tj

Actually, I've just never taken a serious look at it.  The mysql DALs that I use have been around for quite awhile, as I created them for another open source project.  Since I only really use 4-5 database functions, I just prefer to avoid incorporating yet another project into this one.  As it stands, I'm already using Beautifier, which means that I have to track down bugs separately for that as well as troubleshooting phpCC bugs.

I suppose if I grow tired of chasing down bugs I wouldn't mind using ADOdb someday, but who knows...

I'd say if you were starting your own project, it might be beneficial to work with something like ADOdb, but for me I'm more comfortable with DAL.
