Nobody/Anonymous - 2006-02-01

I was wondering if you could add in support for a new group called Developers or possibly member or somthing. Basicly with this new group allow them to modify snippets that already exist, add new snippets, add new folders but do not allow them to access the admin panel. After they add, modify it displays that the fire was modifyed by <username>.

I was running into issues allowing people to be admins to work on one code with me. They would change the code around or delete it and this wasnt helping at all.
