#14 Display PAXPHP in online editor

With the patch you can select in the configuration menu
if you would like to show the PAXPHP code or not. In any
case the PAXPHP code is not destroyed after saving the
file in the editor as it was the case up to now. Please do
further debugging, as I only know that it works reliable
with PAXPHP code in a single line.
