#36 multiple file extensions for content files

At the moment you can configure one file extension (for
example *.html or *.htm) phpCMS should recognize as a
phpCMS content file.
It would be nice to be able to configure more then one
file extension, so phpCMS recognizes for example *htm
AND *.html as content files
