if a content-field was configured as "editable" in a
template but the edited content-file doesn't contain this
field, it's not possible to edit it in current phpCMS
version.
For some scenarios it might be better if the online editor
creates this missing field and makes it editable.
But for security reason it should be possible to switch
this behaviour in the phpCMS configuration off (and "off"
should be the default setting)
