#247 File Indexer ignores stealth mode setting

When the file indexer creates links to the indexed files in the fulltext search index database, it does not apply the /parser/parser.php?file= prefix to the links if the stealth mode of phpCMS is switched off.

The result is, that the links in a fulltext search result page can't be used, if the stealth mode is switched off.
