#222 no check of write permissions of defaults_indexer.php

To use the http indexer, the file
parser/include/defaults_indexer.php must have world
write permissions.
If the permissions are not correct, the web interface
gives no error message, but just continues as if
everything would be ok. At the end of lengthy work,
there is no profile.
