#38 Allow Buttons etc. to be on every page
Buttons, Datatable and dynamic output component cannot
be shown on every page because they send messages to
the active page at runtime and not the page they are
originally on. This is because PRADO requires behavior
code to be in the runtime page to execute the given
actions.
