#96 Application remains in debug mode even outside Click

If it simultaneously accessed from Click's design
environment and through published URL. We do change the
mode when invoking the application from Click's main
menu but it doesnt work if the URL is accessed through
another browser window.

The application changes mode magically if it is
accessed from both Click's design environment and outside.
