New CVS-tree

Today, we have added a new module in the phpChrystal-CVS-tree, called "phpchrystal.dev".
You will find there all new additions and changes for the future versions of phpChrystal
coming up.
We planned:

*Merging of on- and offline-database
*Changing from ref-username to ref-id
*Adding AdoDB-support
